“This scholarship grants me relief from my high financial burden of veterinary school and allows me to focus on my studies. It is my goal as a future veterinarian to pass along the generosity shown to me through my own awards, scholarships, and donations.”

“I am currently working three jobs at WSU. Although these jobs keep me very busy, they help more with my experience than my budget. As a student wanting to gain experience in wildlife medicine, which is not part of the normal curriculum at WSU, I have to seek experiences outside of school.
